Jonathan Martin and Andrew Thomas have joined Fasken Martineau Dumoulin’s London office.
Martin, who hails from King & Spalding, focuses his corporate practice on the energy and natural resources sector. His experience embraces M&A, joint ventures and corporate finance.
Andrew Thomas, formerly a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, is a banking and finance lawyer with a particular expertise in project finance in emerging markets as well as acquisition and real estate finance. He will lead Fasken’s banking practice in London.
